We do not offer refunds. We do offer exchanges for any reason. Return the book or item that you want to exchange, send us a note/email on your reason, If it's because You got a book you already have or don't think you'll like after recieving it, give us ideas of books you would like and we'll send a replacement.
There are too many people scamming small businesses and to keep prices down and control the scamming, exchanges will only happen after we recieved the item you are not happy with.
